Yas, it's a reversed version of that rule.
I don't get why it's confusing.
Usually the rule is don't vote the last ____ you saved last round before the Vote Again. Mine is reversed + saying you can't vote them in the new round at all. I did this because if someone voted twice and I did a no consecutive voting rule, they'd be blocked from voting two people.
But either way, it won't matter much anymore since the Vote Again space goes next round. I just wanted to add something in so people would stop saving the same artists repeatingly, which is what plenty of us have done.
