Old times? So you mean 2 years ago. Cause when I talk about old times I remember how they premiered videos on television before the song was released to the record stores. One or two weeks later you already got your physical copy of the album.
Nowadays It's all about Remixes, radio deals, discounts and youtube/spotify streaming-points. Or they just call half of the singles buzz singles until they either get their smash or they drop an artist.
Don't get me wrong, I'm totally fine with progression but most of the people lost the whole point of consuming music and to enjoy It. Especially those new generation twitter-folks without life.
Whatever, can't wait to see what Katy's cooking up this era. Next months will be fun!
