This song was co-written by Bruno Mars and it's seriously pop, GOLD pop, might I add; 3. Every single lyric is beautiful, though; 4. The anticipation and release of this has been so memorable. I'm so happy I was introduced to Neon this year. I experienced the snippet release of this, even. It's been such a good year thanks to her. This song is magical and incredible, sigh. #1: Nicki Minaj / Automatic It's automatic, I'm a runaway train; & it's likely that I'll tear up this place I know this is one of the most generic pop songs released this year, and that's precisely why I adore it. Not only is it 100% unexpected from Nicki, it's like... pure bliss. It's 0% bad. There's nothing bad about it. It's beautiful. It's literally the most ideal dance track that exists. The fact that a rap artist turned around and put out a pop track that's better than most other pop singers is mind-boggling to me. I'll forever remember blasting this song incredibly loud while driving around with my friends, much like other Nicki tracks. I just want to take a moment to thank anyone and everyone who stayed updated with my countdown,

This song is a damn unnecessary disaster. Train wreck. Out-of-place on PF:RR. Just b-a-d.
2. Katy Perry - Part of Me
This 2010 rehashed demo ACTUALLY went to #1? That's just disgusting. It sounds like Till The World Ends.
3. Marina & the Diamonds - Homewrecker
Marina is nasty in this song. She just sounds dumb as f**k, not risque. I can't get through the first 30 seconds.
4. Lana Del Rey - Carmen
Yes, I adore Born to Die. But this song is awful. This song is about the equivalent to faking an orgasm.
5. One Direction - Live While We're Young
They couldn't have come up with anything better than this? This song is so generic and tacky, it's trash.

5 SINGLE SNUBS OF 2012

1. Nicki Minaj - Whip It
Not releasing this is literally like a plane crash. I cannot believe her. I tore my stan card. Bye.
2. Rihanna - Drunk On Love
This was a complete missed opportunity. Everyone would've loved this? It's 100% certain.
3. Lady Gaga - Scheiße
Just because they wrongly chose Marry the Night as a single doesn't mean this shouldn't have been one.
4. Lana Del Rey - Dark Paradise
This is the best summary of Lana, ever. It's a beautiful song, and might've been 'that breakout hit' for her.
5. Rye Rye - Hotter
If you like ratchet R&B/Pop/Rap jams, listen to this. Anyone else releases this, SMASH. So damn sad.

5 POTENTIAL SMASHES 2013

1. Ke$ha - Supernatural
Does this need an explanation? It's trendy, incredible, catchy and massive. Worldwide appeal. Smash.
2. Taylor Swift - 22
As much as this song gets on my nerves it's an undeniable smash. Get ready for it, y'all.
3. Leona Lewis - Glassheart
If this is snubbed I will literally threaten suicide to her label. It has everything it needs. It will smash.
4. Carly Rae Jepsen - Tonight I'm Getting Over You
A much better Call Me Maybe, in my opinion. It'll be nice to hear this on the radio, assuming it'll be a hit.
5. Icona Pop - I Love It
This seems like a cult-status hit to me. It could come out of nowhere still. Just y'all watch.

5 UNFORTUNATE FLOPS OF 2012

1. Marina & the Diamonds - Primadonna
This is immoral. Illegal. This song is perfect. So is the video. Everything. It's SO unfortunate
2. Christina Aguilera - Your Body
We all knew it was going to happen deep down, but it should've have. This song/video were amazing.
3. Ciara - Got Me Good
Okay, this is a bop. It really should've been a hit but no one's checking for her. Well, I am. Good luck, CiCi.
4. Leona Lewis - Lovebird
This should not have massively under-performed like it did. It's gorgeous and captivating.
5. Nelly Furtado - Parking Lot
Considering they didn't promote this AT all, I'm not surprised, but this is actually quite a great jam.

10 MOST ANTICIPATED ARTISTS OF 2013

1. Lady Gaga
I have incredibly high expectations for ARTPOP. She could really smash. I'm VERY excited.
2. Avril Lavigne
Though I'm not expecting slayage, I know I'll adore whatever Avril puts out. Bring it, Miss Kroeger.
3. M.I.A.
I'm going to love anything M.I.A. does so she will be a huge part of my 2013
4. Neon Hitch
This needs to be the year her debut is released. Her free EP slays, might I add.
5. Azealia Banks
Her anticipated debut is clearly going to be incredible. A killer. I'm more than excited

This might be Bonnie's year. She's been lingering in the background but maybe it'll be her turn now.

She's been flopping, but I'm so excited to (hopefully) see this era do better with the potential smashes.

She's supposed to make a return to music with an electro-pop project. Needless to say, I'm ready.
