She did. They've been making vague romantic tweets and faving each other like they used to do in the beginning. She made a cryptic tweet about having "the best handholder" with her at the dentist last Tuesday and he favorited it.
She probably doesn't want to come announce it because she recently broke up with Nathan and half her fanbase still hates Jai.
She's also been making a bunch of tweets about "not apologizing for doing something that makes you happy" so either someone around her doesn't like Jai or she's responding to her fans hating him.
