I LOVE My All. I can't believe she actually had to 'fight' for that single to be released.
But I can understand why... It's a very unconventional song, for a U.S. mainstream artist. It's very unique. The beginning of the song reminds me of fado music, a trypical portuguese music genre. It's charming and classy. I love it and I'm glad it is one of her number one hits.

It's so romantic! I think it's around my top 5 most fav song of hers.
I think it's on my top 5 too. Hell, I never did a Mariah's ranking. Need to do it.
I wish VH1 plays more this video. It's always the same... "We Belong Together", "Touch My Body" (), "Through the Rain", "Always Be My Baby", "Hero", "Without You". Don't get me wrong, they are on point but they really need to pay more attention to "My All".
I hate doing Mariah ranking because i love every songs so i always end up having a headache. LOL
U just can't rank because all her songs are SO DIFFERENT! Unique on their own.

I know. The first albums are adult contemporary. And then in 1995 she made an urban pop record. In 1997 she became an urban/R&B singer. In 2001 she made a dance-pop album. In 2002 she returns to R&B slow jams. In 2005 she used R&B and hip-hop. In 2008, pop. In 2009, soul/R&B.
You can't judge her songs fairly. You gotta love all of them. Of course there are songs I like more than others. I'm not a big fan of her early stuff, unlike the majority. So her 1993-2009 material would rank higher in my personal top.

Awww, my fav song of her ever is Love Takes Time from her 1990 Album. I also love I Don't Wanna Cry, There's Got to be a Way, Vanishing and Vision Of Love.
