I saw someone say in RihannaDaily that there is a rumour that "Louder" is going to be called LOUDR instead of LOUDER. I think I like LOUDR more, because it has that Rated R signature to it.
And LOUD(E)R should be everything LOUD is, but more dramatic and intense. A more dramatic S&M, a more dramatic Man Down... really "complete our collection" with some fierce beats.
