I guess it sounds very bad to say this, & it's very superstitious, but many musicians, after getting married & having children, struggle with the album that immediately follows. I think it's because it leaves less for casual music buyers to relate to that aren't at the age where parenthood or marriage seems important. But mostly, because there's nothing for the public to sympathize with. There's no heartbreak or tragedy in albums like that.
There are exceptions though, like Bey with her albums, while she is happily married to Jay-Z.
Release LFN, Hummingbird Heartbeat and then bye untill next Spring.
