I doubt this has much of a legal standing. The name "Katy Keena" is copyrighted, but I seriously doubt all her individual outfits were copyrighted.

Plus, legally speaking, much of these outfits are not unique to Katy Keena. A female Tarzan/jungle look? A patriot look? A curly hair look? This reminds me when some people said Drake should get royalties for when companies used the phrase "YOLO".
