Without two certain songs Blackout's average would be 7.19. Overall, it's a better album than Circus, for sure.

Loving how diverse the 11 rates are. A lot of underrated tracks are getting their shine
I think y'all will be surprised with the results of this rate if early scores are anything to go by.

Oops only got a 6.9 average despite being one of her best.
It's those bonus tracks that completely dragged it down.
