You needed to be signed-up to her mailing list on her website.
Try and search Twitter somehow for someone who said they got tickets and message them asking for the code
But I think a lot of the pre-sale stuff for the UK shows has already sold out

Some of the European venues have ticket prices up but nothing for the US yet. At the moment the only way you can get General Admission pit is by buying one of the extremely expensive fan packages which come with all the merch and stuff, for the European dates at least. But it isn't really that clear yet. Sure we'll properly find out soon. Pit tickets usually get released later though, at least with the Red tour.
If someone could clarify that'd be cool.
