Even though Demi is going to be on X Factor, I think American Idol will remain my #1 fave singing show. It's crazy how the singing quality is SO much higher. The Voice and X Factor winners would barely make it top 10 on idol... And I also love seeing the bond between the contestants X Factor and The Voice really focus more on the judges and the banter between them.

american idol was good.... for the first couple seasons. now, barely any of the contestants have star quality and the past 5 winners have all been basically the same boring people xP i personally like x factor more but that's just my opinion :P

imo Idol sucks... it used to be good...& Phillip Phillips isn't even THAT good Javier Colon & Jermaine Paul are WAY better...& I never watched X Factor so.....

They don't have star quality??? Last year's winner went platinum and broke the record for the youngest male artist to fo #1 on bb 200 Even though the winners have been the same type but many other contestants are amazing singers and do have star quality. ala Adam Lambert. And if you watched this last season you'd discover Jessica Sanchez, who is more talented than Demi, Miley and Selena put together And I haven't heard anything from the X Factor contestent from last year yet

You only focus on the winners.. Jessica sanchez who came in 2nd place is better than all of them combined.
