If anything I want more for this single is for it to crossover to Adult Contemporary radio. Thats Rih's weakest format and I want her to finally become a staple there. I need a top 5 peak. Plus they BUY music.

I would agree when it comes to Dr. Luke's and Benny Blanco's bubblegum dance beats, but the same cannot be said for up and coming electronic producers and DJs. There is so much the world has yet to hear when it comes down to their music.

That's what I meant.People aren't sick of electronic music,but just the repititive,generic dance-pop productions.Worded it improperly I guess.

People are over the dance/electro pop craze that took over in 2008 with Gaga and BEP. Gaga did it with TF and TFM; Katy did it with TD; Rihanna did it with Loud, Keshas career is built on it, etc. People are tired of the recycled sound and electro pop sound. I think EDM producers like Rihanna did with Calvin Harris is the future. People are more interested in more intricate and different electronic music that's why Lights and Too Close blew up. Rihanna being succesful with Diamonds doesn't mean people are tired of electronic music.

Yeah that music shouldn't even be considered electronic music. It's garbage. It was so exciting last year to hear about Rihanna working with Calvin Harris as he was fairly unknown in the US, but I always knew him as an amazing and top notch Electro-House DJ. It was a bit disappointing to hear that the new single is produced by Stargate and Benny Blanco as they are basic pop producers.
