I'd love to see her do a song with Max Martin or Dr. Luke. It'll be her writing the song and melodies (hopefully) and Dr. Luke or MM can make really good and clean beats. I would have a problem with her accepting one of his songs though.

I think it's cute that she wants to work with people who aren't well-known, but at the same time, professional people got to be the professionals for a reason. They know exactly what they're doing.

Ultimately, Gaga is in charge of what she wants to do, and Interscope is going to let her. Now, I did say she should work with mainstream producers; she should. These people know what they are doing, and I'm fairly certain GaGa is able to make a decision about the quality of the results of working with a producer (whether it be generic or whatever).

If you remember, Fernando said that she had around 30-50 different versions of several songs from Born This Way. Gaga works hard, and that's it. Working with professional producers isn't going to take all that away.

Also, yes, I'm tired of fans coming into this thread talking about how they don't want GaGa to work with any professional in the business, and they claim because "GaGa is all about the music." Blah, blah, ****ing blah.

I don't think anything I've said is negative towards GaGa, or anything she's done.

I don't get how not wanting to work with the same producers as everyone else equates to Gaga having an ego. From what I've read and heard, Gaga's all about connection between herself and producer, and with some of the bigger, more mainstream producers, the last thing they allow is collaboration. Most of the bigger producers do nothing but produce. Gaga wants someone who will sit in the studio with her for hours on end tweaking and perfecting her songs to what she wants, not to what they want. After all, it's GAGA'S music, not the producers.

This reminds me of the director ********, tbh. Garibay and DJWS are professionals, so I don't get this "she needs professionals" ****. Lmao.

It's like some people want her to sacrifice her artistic and personal integrity just to get a few hits. x) She doesn't do that and that's what sets her apart.

I didn't mean to get involved in a fight Ra2 but i'll be honest I don't think you really understand gaga as an artist at all or what she's about considering you are a fan. I mean you are not as bad as the type of fan that expected her to do Just dance, Lovegame type songs for the rest of her career...really? She wants more than that but still.

ALSO I would say gaga enjoys writing songs from scratch with melody and lyric (on the piano) and I know a lot of the big producers just give you a beat and expect you to write over it...I don't think she enjoys that way of working. It's not who she is and never will be. She likes to write and co produce.

I don't want Gaga to work with big popular producers either. It costs more money that could be spent towards the tour Plus, I find it refreshing to work with new people. Yes, it will get her more hits to work with mega producers, but I don't think neither Gaga nor Interscope care. The fact Gaga is not charting like some of her peers, but still on top says a lot. When Gaga falls from grace, Interscope may start to care

Look, if I was a huge POPstar and I happen to hear someone DJing at a club and I happen to really dig his music, I'll be ****ing damned if some **** on a music forum tries to tell me to work with someone that has a name attached to them. I will make my OWN ****ing music cause that's what I'm here to do. If this producer had some **** I actually like I wouldn't mind working with them either. She might be a little big-headed, but at the end of the day I'm pretty sure she does it for the music. She just really happens to like low-key producers.
