The statue of Himeros was photographed on the set at the Hearst Castle. Also, Hearst Castle's official (and main) page had a fake cd cover that said 'Lady Gaga G.U.Y.'

Nothing is for sure or obvious at this point.

She knows that the fact that G.U.Y. is featured in the video leaked, and I'm 90% sure that Venus is featured as well. I don't really know if Aura will too, it could be just a cameo/easter egg like what she did with Electric Chapel in Judas or Paper Gangsta in Telephone.
