it's a streaming service. people can basically listen to any music they want to for free and deal with advertisements OR they can pay a monthly fee and listen to an unlimited and uninterrupted amount of music. streaming is a part of the hot 100 formula now so listens on spotify, youtube views on official videos, etc. can help a song chart higher.
Problem only increased 1% over fancy. It's not going to snatch the #1 since Iggy already has enormous streaming and is ahead in airplay as well. Looks like Iggy will keep her crown
