I love Gemma's meltdowns in games. She's a mess but in a good way, it's entertaining
If they walk their fee gets reduced, it's in their contracts.
That's why they always cut away for a bit, then cut back to the diary room like "after a talk with producers __ has decided to stay"... because the producers are telling them they won't get paid.
