It comes from when someone's favorite artist leaves the Media for 2 years, then comes back with high anticipation, and there release just doesn't add up to what it was suppose to be.


IMO, I don't know why people are so shocked. They're making it sound like she was suppose to comeback and make the biggest hit ever or become the new Michael Jackson.

I'm well aware of your right to an opinion. I am surprised that more people don't realize why a straight-forward, anthemic pop song like "Die Young" is the smart move for Ke$ha to make as she tries to re-establish herself on radio, but I digress.

Ke$ha IS an incredible talent - and that's evident in this song. her ability to craft an infectious, radio-ready hook is unparalleled - and she makes it seem easy. I don't think she has hyped up this song to be more than what it is. that's my opinion.
