Loved the buildup to that, loved her reactions (Lena is SUCH an amazing actress) and the way she threatened the girls who threw her into the cell. I knew it was happening the moment I saw her entering the chamber and the Septon sitting there.

Balon isn't dead, though (at least not in the show) . To me the ritual and their deaths are a coincidence, they are dead because of other people and their poor choices.
Renly is the only one she has actually killed.
