She started seeing Nick and took his career advice and Benny left her and decided to go Jennifer because of that. I don't blame him for that, I would have done the same.

She did for misappropriation of money. Then he had no more high clients after Mariah and him split and Jennifer career wasn't as big since she dropped him so she took him back.
