I watched it awhile ago and it was entertaining. Fun. So it was kinda just there. The Jubilee SNUB is ugly tho. Anyway, they did not deserve lashings from critics, nnn.

I hope the new generation movies are all going to be directed by Matthew Vaughn.

The script was the issue imo. Brian can continue directing as long as he directs the actors better. Some of the weakest performances by actors minus Fassbender and James.

Cyclopse was finally done right. His casting was my least favorite but after the film he became my favorite.

It may sound like I hated the film but I didn't. I'm seeing it again tomorrow. Simply my fav cartoon/comic characters ever so I want them done right.

I'm glad Rogue sat out of this one. I really want to see the 90's animated team but i doubt we ever will since gambit s going to be wayy older tha them.

Jubile looks young enought to pass as being younger than them soo. Jubilee was cute i'm not mad at the way they used her. Too many characters to manage.

I'm having so many issues with The Phoenix Force scene. The fact that she was able to unleash it the way she did bothered me. She didn't seem to be in any kind of distress for it to come out and wipe Apocalypse away. It was kind of like this thing she knows but can't use, which shouldn't be the case at all.

Also Apocalypse is dead. Jean destroyed him in mind and body. There is nothing left of him.

Maybe Charles unblocked the safeguards he played on it so that it doesn't overtake Jean. Also, I don't think its it's full power. All I know is that it better not be a split personality thing. The Phoenix better be the cosmic entity from the comic books. I will be livid if it isn't done right.

A true mess if he is really dead. He can never really die. What did he mean by all is reviled? He looked a mess too.

yaaaaaaassss, stan for Messiah Vaughn. One of the best directors of his time tbh. I love all his movies and his clean visual aesthetic is so nice on the eyes.

He's talking about the Dark Phoenix. he must have felt its power and known it can destroy the universe if it wants and he's not so powerful as he thought. no one recognizes it for what it is except him, and if someone like Apocalypse can see it for what it really is while Xavier can't, then it really must be cosmic power imo.

I'm so happy he decided to direct Kingsman 2, I was worried he's gonna focus on X-Men, though I would still be happy, nnn. Singer did okay though.

DOFP and First Class are still the untouchables of superhero movies

The Power of the Phoenix is what he meant. He felt the power and knew it had the strength to cleanse the world in a way he couldn't; no transference needed.

Yeah, I think he is. She destroyed him in Xavier's battle field in the mind and physically in the reuinions. There should be nothing left.

That's how I interpreted it as well. Almost as if he's fine with losing because he now knows a power like the Dark Phoenix will unleash itself upon the world.
