It's not misleading, on Kworb.net the (+14 currently) refers to 8 hour differences. You can change it to either "show 8 hour difference" or "show 24 hour difference" which will tell you how many places the song has risen since that time.

Anyway, music video's views are pretty disappointing. The lyric video got 6 million views in the first 24 hours. Maybe it has something to do with the video being 8 minutes long. After all its the longest Katy Perry video.
