There are many Kpop fans that like them tho. I think that (especially the younger) f(x) fans are just frustrated with SM. I do agree that it's childish but I can understand the f(andom) point of view too. But yeah, it's SMs fault and their planning is a mess. At the end of the day, groups like GG or f(x) had to fight for the acclaim too. I think that it takes time for people to love a group.
Why are you guys complaining about the backlash? If people don't speak up, SM is just gonna keep messing up.

I see what SM wanted to do with them girls and all those dramas in the world... But it just came wrong and messy. Hopefully they'll make a statement to cover it up. Better, let's the girls do it and pull an apologie/Explainanation a la Block B but in much clever way.
Sad that we're only getting a one track slayage from Red Velvet.
I don't get how Red Velvet is basic when their debut track slayed half the crap our other favs delivered with this year...
But I won't be that annoying stan who doesn't let other people have an opinion. I'll just wait till the majority hop on the band wagon by the 2nd or 3rd title track from them.
