That's also true of course. The s3 is bigger, but it has a frikkin quad core in it. 1.4 GHz quad core.
iPhone 4s... single core 1GHz. So the iPhone 4s only has 1 core, and that one core is already slower than only 1 of the 4 cores of the Galaxy s3
S3 is just way better, but it is bigger too. And again, many seem to prefer iOS... I personally don't care, I think Android is just as good as iOS.
If I'd have to choose I'd choose the S3 by far
