This too. I mean, they're young, straight (
), white males. It literally doesn't get much more perfect in terms of what radios want, it seems. But clearly something is wrong, maybe they're not 'cool'? I don't know. I don't think so though because Justin gets a lot of airplay and their fanbases are similar in terms of demographic.
I honestly can't think what it would be. Either way, I don't really care, because the less they rely on radio, the more brave they can be with their sound.
And 1D haven't been pandering to radio in terms of following the rules of promo etc for a long time now.
Relax sis, I'm sure you'd be great if you ever met him, and he'd totally appreciate how enthusiastic you are. And don't forget that they deal with emotional fans all the time, so they're, maybe not 'used to it', but they're accustomed to that situation.
