How is Armaldo already in it's primal form? Just because it was revived from it's fossil?
Why do the flop forms of Groudon and Kyogre exist then? Shouldn't they have been in their past forms during all this time then?

Tbh, I only want Aerodactyl, Omastar and Kabutops to get one.

This whole thing makes no sense.
Fossil pokemon stayed in their past formes when they were fossil pokemon. Kyogre, groudon and probs rayquaza evolved over time and lost power
