"Blah Blah Blah" went #1 on iTunes following the album release without Ke$ha even announcing it as a single. RCA assumed the public loved the song, so they made it the official second single. By the time they actually made up their mind, it was already slipping. "TiK ToK" was still very popular, so "Blah Blah Blah" kind of got lost in between everything. I don't think it was a massive mistake on RCA's part, because they were only making that decision based on it's strong digital sales.
