So in the last two months we got 2 gospel performances and a soulful performance at the Stevie Wonder tribute. Two things she hasn't done on TV in so long. This could be a coincidence but I have a feeling that the "urban" era (ala her making songs like Flawless, Partition, Drunk etc) could be over. And I'm so much as I love BEYONCE I'm ready for the return of the voice.

Honestly I feel like she can find a good balance between the two, like Back Up is godly and finds the right mix of vocals and verses, it's just produced oddly in some spots
