How has Pitchfork been receiving the new music? I know they've warmed up to her considerably from BTD to UV, but they wrote a thinkpiece on High by the Beach, and it isn't in their patronizing tone that they like to reserve for her. It sounds like they really like the new Lana.

They havent give her BNM or something but i think they are ok with her new music.
After listening to Music to watch boys to and dying 3 times it's official I will have to move Honeymoon (song) because MTWBT sounds like an opener and with Terrence and the "gospel-inspired" GKIT I feel like the beginning is going to drag too much. (sorry Lana)
Looking at the tracklist I will replace the short Burnt Norton interlude with Honeymoon and the interlude will be the last track instead.

MTWB and HBTB remain my favourites and what we've heard from Freak sounds promising, the intro sounds great as well and I like TLY.

Sis, Cruel World was 6:39 long with a repetitive chorus! Yet it completely set the tone of the whole record and I would not imagine another song opening the album! Same as Honeymoon. I'm sure if she put it as the opening track she had her reasons and I really trust Lana this way. I mean we still have NO idea about the sound of the other songs on the album, so HM could set the tone for the whole album like Cruel World did with UV even though there were more up musically exciting tracks like WC, BB...

Well, let me put it this way. Unpopular opinion: I never really listen to Cruel World

It's the perfect album opener. It's so dramatic.
I have to disagree with Cruel World being an album opener in my option it should have been Black Beauty. That song is magnificent and the transition from BB to UV is spectacular. I placed CW after West Coast on my UV playlist.
I might change around the track listing for this album too. Something like this..
