Speaking to ABC Radio, Falchuk says Gaga's part will be substantial, despite the limited time her schedule allows her to shoot.
"We have her for eight episodes. I mean, she's very busy," he says. "But she's not a cameo. She's not some thing wandering around in the background -- she has real, real stuff to do."
"She has some amazing stuff," adds Falchuk. "Obviously, if you have someone like that doing the show, you want to make sure you honor her bigness and her greatness with bigness and greatness. So I think it's really amazing: from the costumes to her character, it's really...she's pretty spectacular."
my heart shattered a little when I read 8 episodes, but it's perfect really. I still can't believe this whole thing is happening, one of my favorite tv shows, mixed with my fave. It's going to be brilliant.
8 out of 13 is actually really good, only 5 without her. I'm just happy shes in it at all, and it isn't a 5 second cameo.
If they kill her it better be done right, but I'm kinda hoping we get a redemption story, those are my favorites.
