Totally there is 63 countries with iTunes store. Currently Skyfall is charting in 59. Those who left probably are stores where you need 1 sale to chart in top 100 (like Bolivia).

There are 3 countries that aren't on my site due to not having a complete top 400 (Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia and Laos). But I'll try and add those now.
