So my friend works at MTV and is pretty high up, and he shared some details from the VMA performance with me. Apparently it's costing them 2.6m to produce her performance...she's going to jump from the Brooklyn Bridge onto a boat in the East River and perform there, and there are going to be fireworks in the background.
Don't Hold It Against Me /Britney if this info is wrong, but this is a friend of mine who I know personally and is usually right about this stuff.
It either won't happen or there will be a stunt double.
The entertainment industry does not risk talent getting injured. I mean they even make people that play on television shows sign contracts saying they won't ride motorcycles just in case they get into a accident. I'm doubtful but it would be cool.
Also, if the Brooklyn thing is true, it'll 99 percent be a stunt double, similar to the queen's arrival at the Olympics. And 2.6 mil for a performance just sounds like too much tbh. I don't see how it would cost that much under any circumstances.
She was ill at ease during the Wide Awake performance, how could she do that?
lol mte she looked so uncomfortable

i personally want a more stripped down performance than big stage props and explosions as long as her vocals are on point i'll stay away from any threads if the performance is a mess
