Any On-Demand services (no Youtube nor Pandora). They multiply by the number of Spotify users divided by the number of other users on different streaming platforms (68/26).

Are we completely sure that the 35.9 million figure includes Scream & Shout? I'm asking because Billboard didn't include it on their last two 'Ask Billboard' articles.
According to this, Britney had sold 29 million digital tracks as of May 2012 ( x)
May 2012 - 29 million
Scream & Shout - 3.5 million (could be more, last update was 3.26 million in August 2013, but I'd rather be conservative in this case)
Ooh La La - 200,000
Work Bitch - 975,000
Perfume - 250,000
Pretty Girls - 325,000
Make Me - 350,000
Other Tracks (Scream & Shout Remix, SMS Bangerz, Tom's Diner) - 175,000+
Album Tracks (Britney Jean and Glory) - 200,000+
Total: 35 million. This would mean her entire catalog has moved 900k in the past 4.5 years, which is literally impossible. Her catalog has moved over 2 million with only 10 out of 35 singles since then.
June 2012:
3,298,000, "Womanizer"
2,966,000, "Circus"

Total: 2 million. This is not including more than half of her discography (Baby, Crazy, Oops. Slave. Everytime, Stronger, Lucky, MATM, etc).
And Billboard themselves reported that she sold 2.2 million tracks in 2014 ( x). Work Bitch + Perfume sold 500k at the very most (probably less as Perfume sold 250k in total), so the rest must be catalog sales. If she sold that much in 2014, she must have sold even more in 2013 thanks to Scream & Shout and Britney Jean driving catalog sales.
So I think it's safe to say Billboard ignored Scream & Shout for the third time and her total digital sales stand at 39.4 million (39.5 million with the remix).
