Thats kinda true but it was also gggb that showed us the 'real rihanna' the sweet girl of mots thats just not how rihanna is now and i dont think she has ever been like that. Monica also said that she laughed when people talked about 'the new rihanna' when she dropped gggb cause to her thats the rihanna she has always known.
Rated R was the beginning of the raunchy Rihanna but I think her music wouldve got more explict and dark eventualy even without Rated R,cause its just who she is. You can just see that the sweet friendly LOUD rihanna is just an act. It never looked real or believable to me
