I love Joanne (the album) to death, but this era is just one fcked up mess. The negativity surrounding it and within the fanbase is just too much. Can wait for Gaga to just go on tour and celebrate the album with the true fans and then make an end to this era asap.

From what I've heard, she has plans to make the era last for two years. There is a lot of non-believers, but I honestly think the era is doing really good. Gaga seems to be worrying less about haters and critics, which makes me happy and proud of her. I also love the music! There seem to be some management problems, yes. However, this is Bobby's first time as a full manager, right?

Agreed. DiC has a few advantages compared to the other songs:

1. It has that island/carribdean feel to it that's very popular right now, but doesn't sound like a Justin Bieber knockoff
2. It has a very strong bassline, which is good for dancing and has been missing from her music
3. It has a catchy lyrics "tap down those boots while I beat around, funk me downtown"
4. Gaga's inflection sounds like her voice from The Fame, her most popular music

It should definitely be a single, and I wouldn't mind a remix as a continuation of Telephone.
