It didn't crash for me at all lol. Ticketmaster is also a mess. I tried to get P!nk tickets a few months ago and got kicked out for their waitingline a few times. Phone line had over capacity.
Same happened when I tried to get One Direction tickets for my lil sis.
When there is a high demand for tickets, it always will be a mess. Even with a big company like Ticketmaster. A exfended source like Turn up atleast spreads the ticketsale. Which isn;t bad at all.
Ofcourse TurnUp can still do a load of things better, but Ticketmaster also has a lot of flaws as well
