She could represent the Mario Sports or Mario Party games with moves originating from those games.

Or at least they could add her as an alternate costume to Peach similar to the Koopalings with Bowser Jr and please don't mention that flop alternate "Daisy" costume which is just Peach with brown hair.

All of the DLC so far are just clones or old models they already had, so thinking Daisy would get in isn't impossible. Look at Lucina.

I don't think Ridley is possible, they would've to make him significantly smaller. I feel like he just doesn't fit.
