NEW YORK RAINING
CHARLES HAMILTON FEAT. RITA ORA
Rita Ora had a mistake this year, but people don't know she collaborated in a quite good song. (I think they totally forgot about "New York Raining" because I haven't seen it on any countdown... or is it #1 everywhere? hehe) Charles Hamilton is one of the greatest newcomers for me in 2015. He wrote, produced and sings this song. Rita sounds heavenly in the chorus. She should work with Charles on her solo material too because this is that genre she should follow. I believe in you, Rita, and I'm ready to forgive you for "Poison."

HOSTAGE
NOTHING BUT THIEVES
This was the badass song of 2015. It reminds me of "Born to Die" by Lana Del Rey (hello, borntodie), but I don't know why because they doesn't even sound similar. Maybe the video of "Born to Die" would fit "Hostage," because it's elegant but dirty at the same time. Maybe. Have I mentioned the lyrics? "When I'm in the dark, sometimes I feel like a hostage" It's totally sing-along and too awesome for this world.

TRIP SWITCH
NOTHING BUT THIEVES
Oh, look, another Nothing but Thieves song lands in the Top 10. "Trip Switch" was their breakthrough song, making it to the A-list on BBC Radio 1. It had debuted on my chart before Mr.Link, Topmaster 2, Amaloner Vapour and Bloomers (hello, boys) discovered it (#proud). Needless to say, this song is amazing. The refrain rocks so much.
