Yeah the lyrics are bad but fortunately not bad enough to make me hate the song
Same thing happened with Devotion but I already placed it at #91 and it was too late to move it up 
It's the same with Delilah. But I loved St Jude and it's still one of my favorites. When the album was released my favorites were Third Eye, Which Witch, Queen Of Peace and the title track. I don't get the love for Mother and I didn't like Ship To Wreck too much either. Queen Of Peace's verses are perfect, it's definitely my favorite on the album and one of Florence's best songs. I ignored Various Storms & Saints for a long time and thought it was filler but when I listened to the album again after a few months I fell in love with it 
It's in my Top 3 now. I don't like the music videos for this era, I guess they're ~artistic~ but I'm more into their fun videos. While I love this album, I prefer Ceremonials, it's much more light and easy to listen to. I don't like about 3 songs on HBHBHB that much but I think I like pretty much everything on Ceremonials.
