The point i was trying to make was that it was officially released to radios, so it had/has its fair chances.

You're right, it doesn't represent the general public. But AI is probably the best place to promote a song. I can't think of an another place besides an awards show, but you can't say Rockstar is underperforming 'cause it doesn't have an awards show performance.

A better reason as to why it's "no where" on iTunes is because people simply don't like the song
It has a music video, TV performance, and it's
Rihanna/off a #1 single. = plenty to send a song packing.
