Yeah, but I think the team are deliberately keeping this hush hush. I mean they were the ones who created the hype about Telephone with interviews and through releasing pictures, and I'm sure that they could do the same here if they wanted, but the hype to Telephone was also its downfall. People expected so much from it that it was impossible for it to deliver and meet the expectations

However with this video then people don't have any expectations because they haven't seen anything and don't know much about it, just like with Bad Romance. Now she can release the video and, hopefully, shock people just as much

It was a 2 day shoot, and I think that it took 3 weeks to edit.

All I remember about the editing for sure is that on the Monday it was supposed to premiere then it was delayed and she tweeted about still editing it, and then I got really mad

so don't remind me. I'm glad it premiered the next day though. Didn'r it premiere at like 11;30 am or like 11;45. I remember when the site crashed. My heart fell out of my stomach when I saw the video

I don't mind that, but wtf at the piece of string that gets tugged away out of the shot during the bed scene at the end

(look at the top row of floor tiles to the right of the bed)

It takes less than a week to edit a song.
You know, it isn't cheap to make music videos, it actually costs a lot. Only Renting / buying a Camera costs about $100,000+. Let's not talk about editing.

It takes time for a video to be released because they need to hype it up. That's why Gaga's videos always get millions of views on the first day of release, her team just knows how to hype up a video.

The more hyped the video is = The impact on the charts will be greater.
