There's no way HBTB could have payola without any airplay. Now BB has changed its BB200 almost every week due to bad data from Nielsen since the music date changed. The charts become official later today, so maybe this is the first time since the chart week changed BB adjusts the H100 after the preview due to incorrect information.
On the other hand, if the data turns out to be right, congratulations to Lana and her fans for scoring Top 10 hit. There have certainly been far worse songs than HBTB reach the T10 this chart year, but I'll avoid naming names to head off a confrontation.

People seem to forget there isn't just iTunes that sell music and their are large way to stream now, it does seem odd about these sales but you all talk about itunes when there are plenty of others
