Because there isn't another side to the story. It is clear and evident that the police misused their authority to whip a poor girl around in the grass and cuff these young black teens. The evident and clear racism and you think there is more to it? Please.
2. He Was Accused of Racial Bias & Pulling Down a Black Man’s Pants in a Federal Lawsuit
Federal court documents show that Casebolt and other officers were sued in 2008 in federal court for racial profiling, harassment, failure to render aid and sexual assault.
Albert E. Brown Jr. accused Casebolt of reaching into his “private area” and pulling his pants “down below ankles” during the traffic stop.
Brown was parked on the wrong side of a road in McKinney, according to the civil complaint. Casebolt told Brown he was going to write him a ticket for the traffic offense, but then said he saw two marijuana seeds and an open container in the car. Brown said Casebolt remarked about the “white girls” who were with him, made comments about him and his clothes, and then grabbed his private are and pulled his pants down.
Brown was arrested on charges of marijuana possession and attempting to take a weapon from an officer.
The case was dismissed by a federal judge in 2009 because the state charges against Brown were still pending. The charges were eventually dismissed, but the civil case was never refiled by Brown.

So trueee I've just seen a video of a pregnant black woman being thrown to the ground and arrested for without a warrant. Haven't heard a peep from feminists tho . Actually I think that deserves a thread of it own.

White cops are the pits, I'm sick of it. They need to up the standards of becoming a cop. There should be yearly tests or psych evaluations to find out if they have any racial bias or mental disorders. And seriously just give every department body/dashboard cams and create a law that forces them to use it at all times to avoid any more situations. That way there are no excuses or covering up of police behavior.
Idc if the kids were invited or or fighting or not. The cop blatantly ignored all of the white kids(they felt invisible) and targeted every kid of color. Even grown white folk were allowed to walk around while the cop was detaining people for not leaving. The girl was walking away when the cop grabbed her and threw her to the ground, whether she was talking sh*t or not he's not allowed to do that. Can you imagine a grown black man slamming a young white girl to the ground???? Imagine white America's outrage. And he pulled out a gun on teenagers to scare them without any grounds to do so, which is why his own officers had to stop him because he was going too far. If you pull out a gun, your life is in danger and you intend to shoot.
Saddest thing is, a bunch of white, black, hispanic and Arab kids were having fun together and these white adults had to ruin it all
