Simpson-Wentz Wants A 'Big Family'
ASHLEE SIMPSON-WENTZ is eager to expand her brood with rocker husband PETE WENTZ, insisting they both want a "big family".
The singer/actress gave birth to the couple's first child, Bronx, in 2008 and she's leaving it up to nature to determine when she will fall pregnant again.
She tells UsMagazine.com, "We would love to have a big family. (But) you can never plan something like that."
The star admits little Bronx is growing up so fast and she's treasuring witnessing every step in his development.
She says, "Every day is like a milestone, I swear. It is the best thing. I mean, being a mother, taking the time that I have taken off just to be with him has really been incredible. Every day he is learning something new and growing. It is fantastic. I feel very fortunate."

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz Spills on Jessica’s New Man
Jessica Simpson’s latest beau Eric Johnson has already met her entire family!
That’s what Ashlee Simpson-Wentz told me last night at Neil Lane’s bridal collection debut with Kay Jewelers in L.A.
And Eric’s already come along on a family trip. Although we saw lots of shots of just Jess and Eric during her 30th-birthday trip to Italy, it turns out Ash and her parents were there, too.
“I went to Italy with her…we had a wonderful time,” Ashlee told me. “It was a great time for the family to hang out.”
So does Ash approve of Jess’s new (and still married) man?
“Jessica is happy, so I am happy,” Ashlee offered.
Sounds like a yes!
Ash also said she’s loved spending time off from work with her son, Bronx, and that unlike Britney Spears, she’s not necessarily opposed to him following his parents’ showbiz footseps.
“Right now, It’s not something I think about,” she admitted. “I just want him to be himself. Whoever he wants to be, we will support.”

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi showed off their wedding bands last night at the W Hotel in LA as they celebrated Neil Lane's new bridal collection for Kay Jewelers. Many of the designer's celebrity fans also came out, including Eva Longoria, Ashlee Simpson, Kate Walsh, and Kristin Davis. Neil is the go-to guy for engagement rings in Hollywood — he told us a few famous men have stopped in recently to make a purchase, but he wouldn't reveal who! We also had a chance to talk with Ashlee, who sported a a dip-dyed brown do. She revealed that she's met Jessica's new boyfriend, Eric Johnson, and she approves. Ashlee said, "He's great. And as long as Jessica's happy, that's all I wish her. And she's happy, so right on!" We also grilled Kristin Davis on reports that Sex and the City 3 is a definite no-go. She said, "I don't think it's going to happen." However, she added that she's always up to revisit Charlotte should the opportunity arise.
