i'm sick of idol picking controversal people instead of GOOD people.
last time i checked kelly clarkson wasn't an attention ***** like 90% of the people in the top 36 and she's the best artist they've had. so idk why they waste their time trying to find personalities and not artists.
I agree with the first point, to an extent, but I just love how you seem to be alluding to the idea that Scott is using his blindness as a means to ***** around for attention. If you do not mean that, then fine, but, if you did, then grow the **** up.
Besides, as someone else has already pointed out, it's hard enough to be talented at singing and playing the piano, but doing both while *blind*? I don't care who you are, that's ****ing impressive, and it's the main reason why I'm actually on Team Blind Guy, as opposed to just sitting on the sidelines, like in past seasons.

no,no,no. that was in regard to the top 36 in general. i dont think scott is using his blindness to get attention or win votes and i dont think he's bad either. i think that people may give him more sympathy votes or be blinded (no pun intended) by the fact that he is blind and not pay attention to his basic musical abilities. PLUS, he's just not the person i see at winning and/or having a successful and long career.
and the whole kelly thing is that even though she may say some crazy things from time to time she didn't run around on her season crying, bitching, and making a scene. most of these people find it necessary to make it seem like they've come SOOOOOOO far in life and that they have the hardest life ever just to get attention and to be on camera the most... and they KNOW that their antics cause them to get more camera time.
^ I think it's too soon to tell whether or not he'll be successful after the show. Of course, we do know that it's not a guarantee that you will be successful if you win. Taylor Hicks is proof. That, I will agree with.
And I agree with your second point, too. I don't necessarily believe that everyone you're thinking of is guilty of being an attention ***** as much as I believe that Fox is guilty of exploiting them, but there are DEFINITELY attention *****s every season, and, this season, there's even more than usual.

Bitchtrina, Tatiana, Nick/Norman are the most annoying attention *****s this season, and worse than that, 2 of them made it through to top 36. Looks like the producers want them in just for ratings. **** em
