1. Bey_Rihstan - Cherish - Unappreciated

Dylan - 8 - There's references to her feeling invisible and that he only comes home to shower and stuff so it does fit the theme well enough. Let me just say this is much better of an entry than your original. Glad you changed it. Good job.

Nicole - 10 - Works perfectly! Kudos to you and everyone else who has taken a bit of a difficult round and found something that works as well as this song does! Oh, and this song along with Killa were quite the bops back then.

Ethan – 8 - It really seems to fit well, even if it doesn’t explicitly state it. They’ve grown apart and he’s not the same that he was initially. Kind of a random choice, but it really works! Awesome job.

2. Starmie - Natalie Imbruglia - Torn

Dylan - 9 - She does state she doesn't know who he is anymore which is what really brings this entry together. It seems like the relationship has fallen apart and she even say "illusion never changed into something real". Unexpected choice. But a good one! You're 2 for 2.

Nicole - 10 - Torn brings back so many memories! one of my favorite songs from the 90's. I always remember seeing the video on VH1 when I used to watch the music videos they had on every morning back then. Yeah, rambling on a bit because again this is a great choice that works completely. Probably the song I personally like the most as well.

Ethan – 9 - Some of the lyrics don’t make sense to me, but she explicitly says “but I don’t know him anymore”, so I gotta give it to you! They’ve been through a lot and changed and he’s damaged her beyond repair, which fits really well with the theme. Great job!

3. rl231 - Rebecca Ferguson feat. John Legend - Bridges

Dylan - 5.5 - It's more of just your typical break up song. There's not much reason as to why explained. It just focuses on the fact that they both know "bridges are burning" which would be fine if they referenced not knowing who each other were or something... but they don't. You brought it last round so hopefully next round you can get back on track.

Nicole - 5 - The song is great but sadly I can't say that it works for this round. It's definitely about heartbreak but it's not too clear as to why the couple has broken up. If anything, I just hear that they aren't good for each other which could really mean anything. That doesn't necessarily mean either one of them has changed...sometimes two people just aren't compatible.

Ethan – 6 - I can’t really find anything about it that fits with the theme other than the fact that they’re breaking up because he’s drifting away. I know this was a hard round, but this song just didn’t really fit, sorry.

4. Cupid - Aretha Franklin - Falling Out Of Love

Dylan - 8 - Sucks you didn't snag that Kylie track eh? You did a pretty good job finding a replacement here. It's not the strongest entry, but it definitely fits what we wanted. Aretha better slay. Good job.

Nicole - 10 - Love that you came up with another unique song! This song was really hard to find and listen to lol but it was on Spotify. Anyway, once I found it I thought that it was really beautiful and fits completely. Amazing choice!

Ethan – 8 - The first two verses fit it really well, they’ve grown apart and she doesn’t recognize the way he talks to her anymore. Aretha, of course, sounds great. Great job finding an out-of-the-box choice!

5. K$Ellie - Katy B - Wicked Love

Dylan - 4 - She's in love with a bad boy... but what else? I don't see much else other than that. There were better choices out there. Not as good as last round.

Nicole - 4 - This song is another that doesn't really fit. I hear a song about a girl who is in love with a bad boy type of guy. She knows he's bad for her but she keeps going back to him regardless - hoping that eventually he'll come around, show that he has a heart, and treat her like she deserves.

Ethan – 5 - Maybe I’m just missing it, but I can’t find anything that relates to the theme here. It seems like it’s describing a toxic relationship but there’s nothing indicating that it used to be different between them and that he’s changed.

6. ♥jONE731♥ - Marianas Trench - By Now

Dylan - 7 - This one's really iffy. Parts of it fit in the way that they're pretending, but as a whole it's not exactly what we're looking for. This is much better than last round because you at least have the general idea of the theme. You just maybe need another round to perfect it.

Nicole - 7.5 - I'm kinda confused by this one lol. To me when I initially listened to it I thought it was about two people who got together maybe too quickly and realized that they weren't right for each other. However, then I listened again and can kinda get the why you chose it and started to hear more of the theme we were looking for. Not a bad choice, definitely better than last time!

Ethan – 7 - It talks a lot about how they’ve changed and how they’re pretending, so it kind of fits even though it doesn’t totally embody the theme. It’s definitely not the worst song you could have chosen!

7. nezLaos - No Doubt - Sunday Morning

Dylan - 9.5 - Not a fan of the song but it is very fitting for the round. I know you had trouble finding an entry that wasn't taken. But you still came out on top and that says something about you as a player. Keep it up nez!

Nicole - 9.5 - You're doing a great job and have sent in another awesome entry. Congrats!

Ethan - 10 - This fits the theme really well, the guy she was with has changed a lot since they started going out and she feels like she doesn't know him anymore. Awesome job man! I never would have thought of this one. Great song.

Dylan - 9 - The chorus really hits the theme hard; espeically the line "when you don't know who you're lying next to anymore". There are some lyrics that drift off to other subjects but it still works just fine. I loved her album by the way. Did you? This is one of the weaker songs on the album, but for this round it's one of my favorites. Another great round for you.

Nicole - 9 - Not much to say here because this song is exactly what Dylan was looking for so you did a great job here. I just wish there was more to this song lyrically because it's beautiful but it is pretty simple. However, that obviously doesn't take away from you hitting the nail on the head with your choice this round while many others sadly did not.

Ethan – 9 - A bit of a terrible song, but the line in the chorus about “when you don’t know who you’re lying next to anymore” makes it a great choice for this round. Some of the other lyrics are murky, but it definitely fits the theme.
