Well time can change that so it's certainly possible but I know what you mean. This is probably more so a domestic case rather than a huge terrorism group thing.

CNN reporter claiming that the naked man arrested matches bombing suspect #2 (but again, this is not official confirmation, just what they saw when they looked at the tape.)

The nose shape is the give-away for me. I'm convinced it's the same person until proven otherwise.

Who do they have in custody? It looked like the one with glasses. CNN showed video of a man being put in a cop car naked (told to remove clothes in case he was wearing a bomb)
