So to find out who murdered the good sis ERA the Special Ops, along with some very aggressive vigilante, decided to go after anyone that was not at the restaurant.
Poor Marvin was home alone, deciding to Netflix and Chill with his bae Kitt while everyone else was eating at the Kashiwaya. The Cop knocks hard on the door and when Marvin goes to open it, he knocks him out and drags him down to the police station.
Down there, Marvin has been starved for hours while being continually questioned on where he could have possibly been when ERA was murdered. The Cop didn't get any information out of him but he decided, along with the rest of the district, that he was guilty and held him in prison, awaiting his death sentence.
However not everyone could wait for justice. When the Cop left, Desire took the keys to the jail cell and at night snuck into Marvin's cell and chained him to the ceiling. Getting the spiked bat he got from his house, he used Marvin as a human piñata and clobbered his abdomen over and over again, leaving deep gashes with each blow. As Marvin cries in pain, Desire lets him down. Marvin gets on his knees and begs for forgiveness but Desire doesn't care. With one last blow he strikes him in the face, nail getting caught in the eye. Marvin, surprisingly, is still alive and is writhing on the floor. So Desiree grabs the bat and yanks it out, taking a chunk of Marvin's head with it. He's completely finished. Desire hears the Cop coming back so he makes a quick escape out of a rear window.
Luke, Marvin's cell mate and notorious heavy sleeper, wakes up to the site of a disfigured Marvin and blood everywhere. He screams bloody murder and alerts the Cop to come immediately. Upon arrival the Cop witnesses the scene and immediately pulls out his gun and shoots Luke through the front of his skull, killing him. He thought Luke killed his suspect

The Spirit is alerted immediately as well as the Doctor to find out the role of Marvin.
DRUM ROLE PLEASE!
He was a vigilante!
