Live Nation you literally just register on their site and then buy your tickets through there.
Bkstg i'm not sure, i'm presuming it's similar. You just download the app and sign up and on the tour section it will link you to buy.

I downloaded it and they just sent out a notification about the pre-sale a few minutes ago.
You have to register, confirm your email, add Ariana as one of your faves on the app & turn on your Location (they send out region specific codes for each city).
They send the codes out an hour before the presale so if something goes wrong for you you can always just ask someone going to the same date as you.
