Is Billboard going to count youtube/mtv.com streams of the VMA performance of Blurred Lines? It would seem inaccurate not to. And even 30 second clips of the song in like news segments on Youtube should count a la Harlem Shake, right?

You don't need to bother. Robin has 0 chances of besting Mariah's record at this point. Even if he takes this week, there's no way he'll take any more. Especially with his song sinking like this and Katy releasing her video soon.
