The lead single "Gun Has No Trigger" may not be as strong as past singles from the Dirty Projectors but it's still great, it's one of the highlights of the album. They always serve such great backing vocals as Dave Longstreth leads us through the track.

The continued Dirty Projectors mistreatment.
Y'all dang strict pop fans don't appreciate songs that don't follow typical pop structures and methodologies.

This self title track is the best example of what the album represents, it's so ethereal and a tad different from today's R&B. The structure is odd, verses are sung in harmonies, and the bridge is repetitive. There's not even a definite chorus and the bass of the instrumental is sampled from Labi Siffre’s “I Got The” (which was also sampled in the "My Name Is..." by Eminem). The only thing that could hurt this record is that it sort of drags on but it's still great!

I actually have a tough time getting into the more soft pop tracks like "Circumambient", I find this one annoying but still the production is great as always from Grimes. Get into that Mariah whistle notes ().
